Ice Cream Potong Red Bean


  • 1 can of SUNSTAR RED BEANS (drained)
  • 1.5L cooking water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 box coconut milk (small)
  • 1 tin of evaporated creamer
  • 3 tablespoons of glutinous flour
  • 3 tablespoons of corn flour
  • Salt to taste


  1. Crush the red kidney beans into pieces.
  2. Bring water and sugar to a boil in one pot.
  3. Add glutinous flour dan cornstarch into sugar water mixture.
  4. Then, add in the concentrated milk, coconut milk and evaporated creamer. Add slight salt according to liking.
  5. Bring to boil then add the beans that have been crushed. Stir well. Close the fire.
  6. Put in ice cream plastic case and freeze.
