Corn Custard Pudding


  • 1 cup caster flour
  • 1 1/2 cups SUNSTAR SWEET CORN (in tin)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk


  1. Mix all the ingredients for pudding into a pot. Then heat up the pot to medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture is thick and even.
  2.  Remove and pour into a baking tray or preferred mould.
  3. Leave it to cool down and then put in the refrigerator. Best served cold.
