- 1 cup caster flour
- 1 1/2 cups SUNSTAR SWEET CORN (in tin)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Mix all the ingredients for pudding into a pot. Then heat up the pot to medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture is thick and even.
- Remove and pour into a baking tray or preferred mould.
- Leave it to cool down and then put in the refrigerator. Best served cold.
